(Ordering steps)

(Browse tours, pick a departure date and room type, add to cart).
(Review your cart and click checkout).
(Enter contact details, then choose payment method, currency, and amount).
(You will receive a confirmation email; offline methods are confirmed once funds arrive).

(Payment methods & fees)

(We pass through exactly what the payment processor charges - no markup.)

(Instalments cost more because Klarna/Affirm charge us about 6%. If you don't need to pay over time, a card or bank debit is much cheaper.)

(Which methods appear is decided automatically by currency, amount and your region — ACH is USD-only, pre-authorized debit is CAD-only, and some methods have amount limits. If you don't see the one you want, use a card or contact us.)

(On a $5,000 deposit: about $149.64 by card versus $5.00 by bank debit - roughly $144 saved. The bigger the booking, the bigger the gap.)

(Choosing your currency)

• 美国客户请选 USD（才能使用 ACH 银行扣款）(US customers: choose USD - ACH requires it).
(Prices are set in USD; CAD is converted at the live rate and confirmed on the payment page).

(Canadian guests should book on our Canada site, xotours.ca, which defaults to CAD - card processing is 2.9% + C$0.30, without the extra 0.8% cross-border card fee. To finish here instead, choosing CAD at checkout collects through the same Canadian account at the same rate.)

(You're on our Canada site, so CAD is pre-selected - card processing is 2.9% + C$0.30, without the extra 0.8% cross-border card fee. Tours are still priced in USD; the CAD amount is converted at the live rate.)

若由客服以其他币别（EUR/GBP/AUD/TWD/JPY/CNY）收款，将另加 0.8% 换汇费。
(USD and CAD carry no conversion fee from us. Another currency arranged by our team adds 0.8%. Your own bank may separately charge ~0.8% if the payment currency differs from your card's.)

(Deposit or full payment)

(Many tours allow a deposit to hold your seats; the fee is charged only on the amount you actually pay.)

(Coupon codes)

(WELCOME50 takes $50 off, members only, one use per account, USD checkout only.)

(Coupons apply to tour packages only - not flights, hotels or car rentals - and the tour portion of the payment must be at least $50.)

(Before choosing bank debit)

(Bank debit takes 3-5 business days and your seats are only final once it clears - use a card if departure is close or seats are limited.)
(A failed debit may incur a return fee from your bank).
